1. How do I know what size to choose?
You can check the handy Sizes Guides on the product page and view our Size Charts for easy reference.
2. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. You are strongly advised to use our Live Chat service on our Contact Us page. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

Shipping
1.Do you ship to my country?
We ship orders all over the world. If you want to know more detailed information, please check the dedicated “Shipping Info”.
2.How much does the shipping cost?
Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors: The shipment method you choose (we offer Standard shipping); The destination country that the package ships to; The price of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package. Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.
For United States: $8 on Standard Shipping. We offer free shipping orders over $55.
Due to the COVID-19, shipments to countries outside the United States are currently not supported.

3.How long does it take to ship?
Shipment takes 2-10 business days to arrive, please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations.

Return & Exchanges
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. La Jolie Muse is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip. Also, La Jolie Muse do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds
Usually it takes time for us to receive your return(days varies according to your shipping method), and time for us to process after receive your return (3 to 5 business days).Paypal account refunds: Usually immediately.

Product
1. Why we use 100% natural soy?
Protect Earth- Compared to paraffin wax soy wax is naturally biodegradable and eco-friendly. Soy wax candles do not increase the CO2 level in the atmosphere like paraffin candles do. BURNS CLEAN & LASTS LONG - Soy not only burns cleaner, but slower too. A soy candle can burn up to twice as long as regular candles, and it burns evenly, leaving almost no excess wax on the sides of the jar. It’s also easier to remove from materials and other surfaces in comparison to paraffin wax.
2. Do we use fragrance oil or essential oil?
Currently we are not exclusively using essential oils. While essential oils are great, they are not comprised in a manner that best suits a candle, i.e. the flashpoint may be lower than the heat produced by the candle to melt the wax, thus could be a hazard in a candle and/or cause sooting, etc. There are several technical factors that go into formulating a fragrance for use in a candle. Our fragrances are formulated in such a manner that they are capable and the base, middle, and top notes work together to give us the best result in an air care fragrance using a candle as a delivery method. All of our fragrances adhere to strict IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines and are safe for use in the intended product.
3. Are those oils natural?
Our fragrance oils are partially extracted from flowers and botanics, and all the soy wax we use is 100% natural, assuring you that we produce and support eco-friendly and healthy merchandise.
4. What is your demonstration of Eco
Our scented candles have a beautiful scent medley that evaporates into the atmosphere, improving your space and creating instant ambiance.

5. What does “handcraft imperfections” mean?
It refers to specific ceramic tableware products that have been hand crafted implying that there might be some slight imperfections on the ceramic surface. Quirks and slight color variations are normal. The presence of 'glaze pops' can sometimes occur on hand made porcelain products. This will not affect the performance of the product.
