How long does shipping take?

Similar to most online businesses, we’re experiencing some delays here at La Jolie Muse with many customers purchasing gifts for the holidays. Most importantly, we’re operating with an abundance of caution as it relates to the health and safety of our team. Make sure to enter your shipping information during checkout to see your available rates. 

During the current season, we expect most orders to be processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. 

Rest assured, we’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible. 

Domestic Shipping: Our standard shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-10 business days. (Expedited transportation is not yet available)

International Shipping: Depending on the location selected, international shipping typically takes up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Shipping Method: We usually use FedEx, UPS to shipping your order.

My tracking number isn't working!

Don't worry! All packages take up to 24 hours to update as the carrier needs to receive the package and update it within their system after it's picked up from our warehouse, so it's likely your package will update by the end of the day. If there's any outstanding issues after 48 hours please contact us and we'll look into the situation :)

Shipping to rest of the World

Due to the COVID-19, shipments to countries outside the United States are currently not supported. We are sorry that we cannot deliver to military addresses such as APO/FPO/DPO or some islands. Please contact our team if you have any questions: customersupport@lajoliemuse.com.

The health and well-being of our employees and partners is of the utmost importance to us. As we monitor this rapidly changing situation, we’ll continue to reassess and keep you, our valued customers, informed.

Our Customer Service team is still available to respond to any questions, concerns or feedback you may have. We are working from home and burning our favorite La Jolie Muse scented candles. Our response time may be slightly delayed.

Our warehouse is open and working to serve you. However, please understand that shipments may be delayed due to limited warehouse staff. Shipments may also be delayed due to the overwhelming amount of deliveries being prioritized by FedEx through their network.

How do I return or exchange my order?

We offer 30 days for any returns or exchanges. If you’re not happy with order, please email us right away at customersupport@lajoliemuse.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. ALL orders must be in its original packaging complete with any supplied hardware. The mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application.  Any returns or exchanges may be subject to a shipping/delivery fee and you need to bear the cost.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

We do our best to protect all of our products with proper packaging. Sometimes, our packages are mishandled by shipping carriers and may arrived damaged. No worries – just reach out to us at customersupport@lajoliemuse.com and we’ll send over a replacement.
