Great product and was excited to gift several to friends and family, but will not have the opportunity to do so as both orders have been lost by the carrier. La Jolie Muse is still unable to locate either order and customer service has been extremely slow to respond - still no replacement or refund. Hoping they don't cut corners on shipping costs next holiday season - Track718 logistics is clearly unreliable.
