Maelyn - Sahara Ambre 19oz Candle

I was never an I was never a candle person until I discovered this company. Amazing sent and such a beautiful decor piece even after the candle is gone. I use them as little vases to hold roses. While the candle is burning, it fills my house with such a beautiful smell. I have ordered dozens and I will continue to.

I purchased this candle through Amazon and just received and lit it today - The jar is exquisite and exactly as advertised - The candle is another story - I'm not a fan of wooden wicks and this one crackles and has already gone out twice - Not sure why, perhaps a defective wick - The candle itself basically smells like a generic synthetic vanilla candle when lit - No amber, bergamot, etc notes whatsoever - The high price point and "Francais" marketing hype led me to believe that this candle would be of the same quality and fragrance of either Voluspa or Thymes - 2 high quality candle companies I frequently purchase from that are created in the US - Shame on me for not researching further and finding out that these candles are created in China - I kept it because I like the jar and it is appealing aesthetically in my master bath but I won't be lighting it again and will not be purchasing from this company in the future
